EyeSay pricing: pay per photo, no subscription
A free account tags 1,000 photos every month. After that you buy units in packs that are paid once and never expire. A tagged photo is 3 units, so tagging costs €0.30 per 1,000 photos — 10,000 photos come to about €3.
Price per 1,000 photos
| What you get | Endpoints | Units per photo | Per 1,000 photos |
|---|---|---|---|
| Search vectors | embed, rerank: search by description and find similar photos; text sent to embed is free | 1 | €0.10 |
| Tags, or a sort into your own labels | tags, classify: everyday-word tags with scores, or a score for each label you name | 3 | €0.30 |
| A description or an answer | caption, ask, analyze: one sentence about a photo (usable as alt text) or a short answer | 9 | €0.90 |
A unit is €0.0001. Uploading is free; a photo counts when a call uses it. A photo sent in a folder job counts once, as one tagged photo (3 units), for its tags and search data together; the same photo sent again does not count. Every endpoint is in the API docs.
The free month
A free account has 3,000 units every calendar month: 1,000 tagged photos, or 3,000 search vectors, or 333 descriptions. You can also try a few photos a day on the home page without an account. When the month’s units run out, calls are paid from units you have bought; with none left, requests stop until the next month.
Packs
Units are bought in packs, paid once, and they never expire. Checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy, which shows any sales tax before you pay; refunds follow the terms.

Each price is in the currency its vendor lists, and nothing is converted. These are different services with their own label sets, so this table is about price only. Taxes, regions, commitments and volume discounts change what you pay: check the vendor’s page before you rely on a figure.
Questions
Is there a subscription?
No. Units are bought in packs that are paid once and never expire; nothing renews.
What counts as one photo?
One photo sent to one capability. A photo sent into a folder job counts once, as one tagged photo, for its tags and search data together; the same photo sent again does not count.
Can I get a refund for a photo pack?
Yes, for the unused part within 14 days of buying it. The terms have the details.
