Sort product and property photos into your own categories
Hundreds of listing photos and no time to file them? Name the categories you use — kitchen, bathroom, garden, or shoes, bags, packaging — and EyeSay sorts every photo into them, finds any shot by description and writes a sentence you can use as alt text.
How it works
- Send your photosA whole folder in one go with Claude Code or Codex; a few dozen by attaching them in ChatGPT or uploading them at eyesay.app/upload for Claude; or from your own code through the API.
- Every photo taggedEveryday words for what is in each photo — “kitchen”, “window”, “sink” — with a CSV or JSON file of every photo’s tags when you send a folder.
- Find any shot by descriptionType “the blue sofa by the window” or “receipt” and get the closest matches first.
- Sort into your categoriesUp to 64 at a time, nothing to train. Each photo goes to the closest one, or to Unsorted when none fits; from a folder, EyeSay copies the photos into
EyeSay/<category>/and gives a CSV of file and category. Your originals are never moved, renamed or deleted.
Photos on an iPhone? The EyeSay app sorts them into albums in Apple Photos. Setup for each assistant is in the docs. A very large collection? See EyeSay for archives.
Alt text for a photo
Describe writes one plain sentence about a photo. On the home page; in Claude or ChatGPT, ask EyeSay to describe the photo; from your own code, call /v1/ask with no question. A description costs €0.90 per 1,000 photos. It is written by AI and can be wrong, so read each one before you publish it.

A free account sorts or tags 1,000 photos every month. After that, sorting or tagging costs €0.30 per 1,000 photos — 10,000 photos come to about €3 — and a description €0.90 per 1,000. Units are bought in packs that are paid once and never expire:
A pack buys a third as many descriptions. Checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy, which shows any sales tax before you pay. All prices and limits.
Questions
Are my photos stored or used for training?
No. A photo is held in memory only while it is being answered and is never written to disk. A folder job keeps each photo’s answer — its tags, search data, a fingerprint of the file and its name — in memory for 24 hours, never the photo itself; photos on the upload page stay in memory for 30 minutes at most. Nothing you send is used to train models or for advertising. The details are in the privacy policy.
Which photo formats work?
JPEG, PNG and HEIC, the iPhone’s own format. A folder job also sends WebP.
How many photos can I send at once?
A whole folder: one folder job takes up to 10,000 photos, and you can start another for more. The upload page takes 300 photos in a batch, and in Claude or ChatGPT the assistant sends up to 20 photos per call and goes on with the rest.
How is it priced?
By what is done with each photo, in units of €0.0001: tags or a sort are 3 units, a search vector 1, a description 9. A free account has 3,000 units every month, which is 1,000 sorted or tagged photos. Sorting 10,000 photos uses 30,000 units, about €3. Packs of €10, €40 and €150 are paid once and never expire.
Does it work with Claude and ChatGPT?
Yes. Add https://eyesay.app/mcp as a custom connector in Claude, or as an app in developer mode in ChatGPT, and sign in with your EyeSay account. Claude Code and Codex can send a whole folder.
Do I have to move my photos into another app?
No. EyeSay works on photos wherever they are — a folder on your computer, a chat with your assistant, or your own code — and does not keep them. It sorts them into categories you name and gives you the tags as a CSV or JSON file.
Photos are not kept. Each photo is looked at in memory and dropped once the answer is sent. Nothing you send is used to train models or for advertising. It reads and answers in English and is weakest on small text in a photo.
