Tagging and categories
EyeSay processes photos on this device by default. Photos, search words and category words are not uploaded. In Library, choose Sort my photos and allow photo access. A tag is a word the model gives a photo; a category is a word you choose, including one added in photo details. In Organize, add categories, review the selected categories and save albums.
Preparing the model
The first use connects to Apple to unlock the encrypted model. While the model is loading, wait for Preparing the on-device model… to finish. If loading fails, connect to the internet and choose Try Again. EyeSay checks your membership and service status with its server; this never includes photos, search words or category words.
Search
Search tags by name or describe a photo in English. Chinese dictionary entries work locally. Other supported Chinese text uses Apple Translation on supported systems; choose the offered language download when needed. If translation is unavailable, edit the search to use a dictionary word or English.
Photo access
If EyeSay cannot see your photos, choose Open Settings and allow photo access. With limited access, choose Pick Photos to select the photos EyeSay can use. You can manage access again in Settings → Advanced on iPhone.
Save and Undo
Albums are named “ES · family”, “ES · travel”… Original photos stay unchanged. Use Undo in Organize to review and undo a saved operation. Deleting duplicates is separate and requires confirmation; when iCloud Photos is enabled, deletions sync to iCloud. Saving more new albums than your free allowance opens EyeSay Unlock.
Optional server mode and upload permission
On iPhone, available server controls are in Settings → Advanced. Turning off on-device processing does not upload anything by itself. Only after upload permission and starting processing does EyeSay send reduced-size photos, search words or category words to its own service. Original photo files are not uploaded. To withdraw permission, stop the run and choose Stop Allowing Uploads there. Sent requests may finish; local results remain.
Interrupted tagging
Continue Tagging resumes a compatible saved batch. Progress is saved if interrupted; keeping the app open helps the run finish. Server retries do not use additional credits. On-device tagging does not use server credits.
Account and purchases
Signing in is optional for on-device tagging and search. EyeSay Unlock purchases and restoration use Apple. Account & Membership contains Sign Out and Delete Account. Deletion removes account details and associated sessions, request and purchase records; photos and local results stay on your device. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Manage subscriptions with Apple. The Privacy Policy explains retained records and retention periods.
