Terms of Use
Scope and App License
Mingliang Liang, an individual developer, provides EyeSay’s tagging, search, photo questions, albums and account services. Apple’s Standard EULA continues to govern the App Store software license; these service terms do not replace it. Review the terms before creating an account or purchasing. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
Your Content and Permissions
You retain your rights in photos and other content. Only submit material you are entitled to use and process, including any permission needed from people shown in it. Permission to process a requested photo is limited to providing that feature; it is not a transfer of ownership or a general license to publish your photos.
AI Results and Your Decisions
Answers are AI-generated and can be wrong — double-check before you rely on them. Tags, similarity and duplicate suggestions can also be inaccurate or incomplete. Review photos before changing or deleting them. EyeSay is not a substitute for professional advice or a backup of your photo library.
Accounts and Acceptable Use
Keep your sign-in information secure and tell support about suspected unauthorized access. Do not use EyeSay for unlawful content, infringement, harassment, attacks on the service or bypassing usage limits. You must have the legal capacity or guardian authorization required where you live. Access may be restricted when necessary to address abuse or a security incident, subject to applicable law.
Plans and Usage Limits
Available features, remaining credits and reset dates are shown in Account & Membership. Each successful photo analysis consumes a credit, including reprocessing; failures and automatic retries do not use additional credits. A newly analyzed search reference can use a photo credit. Credits are service allowances, not money. Check the displayed plan before starting a large task or buying a subscription.
Subscriptions, Cancellation and Refunds
Apple’s purchase screen shows the price, billing period and any trial before confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple. Deleting EyeSay or your account does not cancel renewal. Restore purchases using the Apple and EyeSay accounts associated with the purchase. App Store refund requests go through Apple; eligibility and any mandatory rights depend on applicable rules and law.
Availability and Changes
Online features need a working connection, permission and available service capacity. Processing may pause or fail; saved results can remain available locally. Features and plans may change, with notice where required. A wording update does not itself authorize a new charge, reduce mandatory rights or grant new permission to use your data.
Responsibility and Disputes
We do not promise that every AI result will be correct or that the service will be uninterrupted. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Contact [email protected] to resolve a problem. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration or remove access to courts or consumer remedies available under applicable law.
